How do I become a registered agent with Travel Impressions LoyalTI First?

To participate in the LoyalTI First program, you must first be registered to book online with Travel Impressions on the secure agent side of the website. Refer to www.travimp.com. to register. If you have any questions regarding agent registration, please contact helpdesk@travimp.com.

Once registered, you should receive an email with your LoyalTI First username and password. If not, please contact Customer Support at cs.LoyalTI@summitmg.com or call 877-847-8894. It may take up to 7 days for your LoyalTI First account to be active after registering for Quest on travimp.com.

AX Agents:

If you were previously signed up for AEV Rewards Club, you are already registered to the program.

If you are new to the program, you must first be registered to book online with Travel Impressions on the secure agent side of the website Refer to www.travimp.com/axagent to register. If you have any questions regarding agent registration, please contact helpdesk@travimp.com.

What is my LoyalTI First username and password?

Your Travel Impressions LoyalTI First username is your agency IATA# + travimp.com Quest username

For example: 101123jaimeh

To retrieve your LoyalTI First password, simply click the "Forgot Password" link and submit your username. Your password will be sent to the email address registered with your LoyalTI First account.

What bookings are eligible for points?

After you login, please refer to the chart on the main page of the www.LoyalTIfirst.com website for the different ways to earn points.

How do I get credit for bookings I have made?

Whenever you are making bookings, whether online or via phone, please verify they are being made under your exact Quest username. This will ensure that you receive credit for the booking and that it will display in your account online.

For example: if your Quest name is jaimeh please give the phone-in reservation agent your name as jaimeh

Why are my bookings not showing up on my account balance?

Accounts are updated weekly. Please allow 10 business days following an eligible booking for your points to be deposited into your available point balance. Only bookings that have been paid in full will be credited to the pending section of an account balance.
